By downloading, installing, or using SilkFace ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

SilkFace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Permitted Use

You may use SilkFace to:

• Process your own videos and photos for personal use
• Share processed content on social media or messaging platforms

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI models
• Use the App to create misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its AI models, code, design, and branding — remain the property of SilkFace. You retain full ownership of any content you process using the App.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. In short: all processing happens on your device, and we do not collect your photos or videos.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilkFace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
